Return & Refund Policy – Sand Stone Ceramics

Every piece at Sand Stone Ceramics is handmade with care, which means slight variations in shape, size, glaze, and finish are part of what makes each item special. These natural differences are not considered defects, but a reflection of the individual character of handcrafted work.

Returns:

Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, we do not accept returns for change of mind or natural variations in form or finish.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.

Refunds or Replacements:

We’re happy to offer a refund or replacement (when possible) in the following cases:
• Items damaged in transit
• Incorrect item received

If a replacement is not available, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items:
• Custom or personalized items
• Sale or discounted items
